About Harvest Kitchen

Harvest Kitchen is a full-service catering company, employing a biodiesel gastrotruck to serve as the satellite kitchen for weddings, productions, and private parties at any location. We also offer traditional catering without our truck for larger events. Ingredients are foraged with pride from local organic farms, pastured proteins and sustainable seafood purveyors. The business was established by David Alan Holtze, an established caterer in San Diego since 2011.
