“Santa Maria” BBQ’s is a regional culinary tradition rooted in the Santa Maria Valley in Santa Barbara County, and dates back to the mid-19th century and is today regarded as a “mainstay of California’s culinary heritage. The grills are designed with cast iron grill plates and wheels to adjust the height of the grill over the wood burning flame.
The grills Phil has designed are rustic and beautiful. The sights and scents of meats and seasonal vegetables grilling over a wood fire adds a certain WOW factor to any event. Menu possibilities are virtually endless, but most popular are plated taco and/or high-end BBQ stations, centered around wood grilled meats and vegetables.
