REHEARSAL DINNER TO POST WEDDING BRUNCH

Harvest Kitchen can do it all. We offer bundle discounts when you book us for your rehearsal dinner, and/or your post wedding brunch. A popular option is utilizing our gastrotruck for both services. Brunch is actually a passion of ours. We have a vast array of delicious breakfast dishes to choose from.

BAR SERVICE

Harvest Kitchen works with the best catered bar companies in San Diego and Palm Springs, to ensure while we handle the savory and sweet eats, your guests are taken care of by the experts. We will refer you to the right person to make sure your libations are handled by the pros.

FAMILY STYLE vs PLATED

A question we are asked often. We love both types of services. Having your family and friends share plates across the table invokes conversation and laughter. However, it requires platters at every table which can be an added expense, and there must be room on the table for the family-style platters.

If either is a concern, plated may be your best bet. We offer traditional plated service where guests pre-select their dish (ex. chicken, beef, veg), but we really love “duo protein” plates. Rather than gathering all of your guests selections (which they often forget) we let guests have a little of everything. Bonus, it makes service faster and requires less staff.

LATE NIGHT SNACKS

We like to keep the party going with late night snacks. We often utilize our gastrotruck as our onsite kitchen for weddings, which can be an affordable option vs. renting a tented kitchen, and is a great vehicle for serving late night eats. Plus we think it looks pretty cool.

While we do not serve dinner directly off the truck during reception, it’s the perfect vehicle for serving tacos + sliders. This will for sure be a memorable experience for you and your friends & family.

SCHEDULE A TASTING

We can’t wait to have you come taste our food. Once we have designed a menu and proposal you love, we find a convenient time to come taste the dishes. Our tastings are held in our event space, The Boardroom, which also could serve as your wedding rehearsal dinner space.

AND WE WELCOME YOU TO BRING YOUR DOG TO THE TASTING! You might catch our mascot, Billie Jean, the owner’s adorable puppy.
